Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a replacement.

To complete your return/replacement, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first.
There are no refunds on any item. There are no refunds on sale items. Everything is Handmade, refunds are not an option. Pictures are provided for visual clarity in listings.
Payment arrangements can be made. 30 day period until payment is made in full. Once paid in full you can get your items sent, if payment can not be fulfilled within that time period, there are no refunds on payment made and items will be put back in inventory. Pease note, this is a buy “no return” policy.
